This weekend was a biggie for Graeme and I and SOULsvc. We launched our very first SOULsvc TAKEOVER of another venue, one of the best in Bali, DEUS EX MACHINA in Canggu. The incomparable HARS opened the night with a solid acoustic set, followed by ARHETA and her new band (including me MDing from behind the kit), featuring a couple of rippers from our newest signing, RIVABA. Then, the mighty BARDOGS took the stage to close out the evening with a headline set that tore the roof off before the clouds opened up and dumped rain as they finished their encore. It was a truly epic island experience under the beautiful Canggu skies and our little-label-that-could had a banner night. We simply could not be more proud of all our artists who were on the bill, nor could we be more thankful to DEUS for taking a huge chance on this new format for shows on the island. It worked a treat and we are now under prep for the next two further down toward the southern shores of Bali. Watch this space!
